Breakfast for preschool students will begin at 7:30 am
Dismissal/bussing will be at 3:30 pm
Previously the preschool dismissed at 2:00 pm. Parents can still pick up their students at 2:00 pm if this is more convenient. Please call the elementary to make arrangements for your child. We hope the extended day will alleviate some of the pressure families are facing due to limited daycare services.

NOTICE: The Don Barnhart Gym will be closed through Monday for resurfacing/waxing. Please respect the posted signs and do not enter the gym. The custodians take a lot of pride in making sure our gym is clean, safe, and ready for when students return.
Due to funeral services, the business office will be closing at noon today. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Community Events Center will be closed this evening through Wednesday for wake and funeral services. Thank you all for your understanding and respect for the families involved.
We’re grateful for our hardworking custodians and summer help! They’re waxing floors, moving furniture, and cleaning every nook and cranny to ensure our buildings are sparkling when staff and students return! We’re excited to welcome students back in just 3 weeks!

Anyone wishing to speak to the Board must be acknowledged by the Board Chairman. This will permit the meeting to be handled in an orderly manner. The SDHSAA Summer Moratorium is from July 1-July 7. This is a time period restricting access to White River athletic facilities, including the weight room. Please see the SDHSSA rules below. SDHSAA Moratorium Rules: a. From July 1 - July 7 annually, no contact may take place between student-athletes and their coaches. This period shall be known as the summer “moratorium.” This restriction on activity includes any team contact, individual contact, private lesson, open gym or other situation wherein coaches will interact with student-athletes in an activity setting for any SDHSAA-Sanctioned Activity wherein coaching, guidance or supervision is provided. b. Coaches must abstain from any activity with their student-athletes during this time that could fall under the auspices as previously listed in this section. i. Clarification One – Coaches cannot schedule any team activity for their players, including camp participation, open gyms, conditioning programs or outside entities providing instruction, during the moratorium period. ii. Clarification Two – Coaches must make every attempt to not participate in any situation that could fall under the definitions as listed previously in this section. iii. Clarification Three – Coaches and Schools must refrain from allowing non-school personnel access to facilities, equipment or resources during the moratorium

The White River Varsity Girls Basketball Team will host a free camp for girls in the White River area on Tuesday, June 27th. Grades 3-5 camp is from 10:00-11:30 am. Grades 6-8 camp will go from 1:00-2:30 pm. If you have questions please contact coach Logan Tucker.

HS GOLF AT STATE B MEET AT WATERTOWN - JUNE 5-6, 2023
Good luck to our golf coaches Mike Beardt and Justice Morrison and golfers TJ Beardt, Steven Becker, Bryson One Star, and Joe Sayler as they will compete at the State 'B' golf meet at Watertown on Monday and Tuesday!

The White River Lady Tigers Summer League begins this Tuesday, June 6th. All interested high school athletes should contact Coach Tucker. The games will be every Tuesday in June. The games are free to the public. Please come support the Lady Tigers and enjoy some summer basketball.
