The Black Pipe Singers of Norris Elementary performed at the State Capitol Rotunda on January 10 before the State of the Tribes address. The group is led by Mr. Brian Brown, Norris Elementary principal. The singers represented the White River School District's proud support of sharing Lakota culture with the rest of South Dakota. The students did a fantastic job and rocked the house. Thank you to all who were able to attend and for your support of the students of our district.
